WTH!!! I got a complain from a customer yesterday. Apparently he bought a belt the day before and I went to check with the promoter whether there's any discount for the belt and the promoter was kind enough to change to a new belt as the current one was scratched or something. That guy came back the next day wanting to complain me for changing his belt!!! It doesn't pay to be kind. Even that, it totally isn't my fault that the belt was changed. He said that he wanted to complain me. Damn... Such customer, lucky I was working, if not I would have argued with him, since it isn't my fault at all, why take it lying down? Higher end store with such low customers around. Tsk...
Result are out and although I managed to scrape through my Econs, my Accounting and Marketing are all but disappointing. I had high hopes for these 2 modules but it doesn't even meet half of my expectations at all! How disappointing. I just can't figure out why people tend to do well on mid-sem tests and struggle during the exam while I felt that I did better on exams and not on mid-sem tests which allows me barely to pass the modules? Something is very wrong, I just can't figure out.
Back to the store, I found another advantage in working at the store, you know all the alarming discounts around the store, such as the Liverpool home jersey this season, it's selling at 30% off!!! Gosh! It's really true! Apparently the buyer mixed the discounts up and instead of the normal 10%, he put it as 30%! I'm going to get one today! Wahaha!!! Not sure when the buyer's going the change but it's better to get them as soon as possible!!! Woohoo! ;)
