I'm finally back after 3 days of MIA. I was having serious sore eyes on friday and even have problems walking around the house. One of my twin cousin, who passed the 'disease' to me, was the first to be infected. Later which I heard of the next day after I fell ill, her father, her twin cousin, my grandmother who was staying with them and her maid all fell victim to the same sickness! ..... Thus, everyone in her family, except her mother which I don't know how she managed to prevent it, all suffer from this sickness. Theirs was luckier, all of them got the problem on one eye, while I got it on both my eyes! I'm feeling better now, but my mother thinks it's not as good as before. I just hope to recover as soon as possible. Haiz... I just imagine if my eyes were all blood red and staring at people, they will sure freak out.
3 days of not even looking at the computer is a real terror. I'm so used to reading the latest sports news on the internet that I just have to read the old and outdated news on the teletext. For example, even though the match between Liverpool FC and Derby County ended with Liverpool thrashing Derby 6-0, I only get to know the results the next day. Those 3 days which I was sick, I only survive through TV and newspapers. In 11 days time, I don't know what I can survive without TV, papers and the internet. Lol...
I'm still interested to watch Rush Hour 3 although the movie may cease before I could watch it on the movie screens, so I think I should watch it when the DVD's are out on sale. Next movie to watch, Rat-a-2-ee. Thinking of watching it this week, but I want to recover fully to watch the show in case I pass the sickness to everybody sitting in the same theater hall for the next one and a half hour or so. I still don't know how this sickness is passed around, by looking at the person? Lol..
Ok, that's all for today. 11 more days to go before my enlistment, I seriously not looking forward to it. I hope to get hold of one person currently inside the army so that I can ask him about what to look out for when staying at terkong. Wahh.... Hope to recover from sore eyes as soon as possible!!! Good luck to me!!! ;) Have a great week ahead! :)
